A One Track Mind

If we all had a one track mind that was always on God we would be better off. Christians sometimes get derailed. Getting back on track (forgiveness) is freely available. When Christians get to Heaven, they will all have one track minds and they will always be focused on the Lord. But the battle for our minds will continue for the rest of our earthly lives.

1 Chronicles 28:9a And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts:

Paul beseeches us to present our bodies which include our minds to the Lord and to bring our thoughts into the captivity of Christ.

Romans 12:1-2: I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Proverbs 16:3: Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.

2 Corinthians 10:5: Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Philippians 4:6-7: Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Philemon 1:14: But without thy mind would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly.
